ISS is run by a group of professional investment bankers with many years of merchant banking experience. This crop of professionals handles all investments through customised and personalised arrangements thereby placing their wealth of experience at the disposal of their clients. Members of the management team are listed below.

1. Mr. Mobolaji A. Ogunkoya - FCA (Chairman)

Mr. Ogunkoya is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has about twenty three years of banking experience. He rose to the position of a Deputy General Manager in First City Merchant Bank Limited before becoming the Chairman of ISS in 1992.
Prior to joining First City Merchant Bank, he worked for about six years with Chase Merchant Bank in various capacities. Before then, he was with Peat Marwick Cassleton Elliot & Company, a firm of Chartered Accountants.

2. Mr. Lere M. Ayanwola - FCS (Chief Executive Officer)

At the helm of affairs in ISS is the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Lere Ayanwola, an investment banker of repute with about twenty two years of investment banking experience. Mr. Ayanwola is a Fellow of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers and a finance graduate of the University of Lagos. He is an aluminus of IMD, International, Lausanne Switzerland and Institute of finance New York.

He started his banking career in NAL Merchant Bank PLC (the nation's Premier Merchant Bank) in 1979 in the Capital Issues Department. He left in 1981 to join Chase Merchant Bank (now the defunct Continental Merchant Bank PLC) in the same year. He worked in various departments particularly Capital and Treasury departments. He left the bank in 1992 as a General Manager of Continental Merchant Bank Securities Limited to assume the leadership of ISS as the Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Ayanwola was trained in Capital Market Issues, Management / Financial Services and Foreign Exchange Dealing in reputable institutions locally and abroad.

3. Isiaka Niyi Olagoke - FCA

Mr. Olaniyi Olagoke is a Chartered Accountant by profession with fifteen years of working experience in different organisation. A first class graduate of Accounting from University of Ife, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 1987. He spent a period of 4 years with Arthur Anderson & Co., an International Accountant Firm of Chartered Accountants where he was involved in various audit tax and consulting engagements for both public and private sectors.

4. JOHN O. OGUNNIYI - B.Sc., MBA, ACIB, FCMA, FCA (Assistant General Manager)

Mr. J. O. Ogunniyi who is an Assistant General Manager with International Standard Securities Limited trained as an Accountant, Banker and Stockbroker. He was a First Prize winner in the examination of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.

Prior to joining International Standard Securities Limited, he has served as Chief Accountant of John Holt Investment and Head, Ebani Nigerian Provident Fund.
